With every person, there is a different diet. A balanced diet varies depending on the individual’s needs. Our bodies need about 40 different nutrients to maintain health. These nutrients can be taken in through macronutrients: carbohydrates, fats and protein which are needed in large amounts as well as micronutrients: vitamins, minerals, and trace elements needed in small amounts. Diets vary hugely depending on habits, beliefs and trends and dietary requirements can be consumed in different ways.


1. Build your diet.


For good health we need different of 40 nutrients , no single can food give them all,it's not about single meal it's about balanced food choices you make. In order to achieve your diet goal you need to make yourself a diet plan (8 week customise diet).

2. Add vegetables and fruits in your breakfast


Fruits and vegetables are among the most important foods for giving us enough vitamins, minerals and fibre. We should try to eat at least 5 servings a day. For example, a glass of fresh fruit juice at breakfast, perhaps an apple and a piece of watermelon as snacks, and a good portion of different vegetables at each meal.(organic green juices)

3.Get on your feet , make a habit.


Physical activity is important for people of all weight ranges and health conditions. It helps us burn off the lot of extra calories, it is good for the heart and circulatory system, it maintains or increases our muscle mass, it helps us focus, and improves overall health well-being. We don't have to be  athletes to get on the move! 100 minutes per week of moderate physical activity is advised, and it can easily become part of our daily routine. We all could:


  • use the stairs instead of the elevator,
  • go for a walk during lunch breaks (and stretch in our offices in between)
  • make time for a family weekend activity


4. Listen to music 


Listening to music you wonder how it can help you to for be Healthy , being is Healthy it didn't mean you stay fit physically you must be prepared to be strong mentally too, music can also make you feel relax.Anxiety or stress doesn't have to be part  and parcel of modern-day living.
